These was project was secretly lead by the U.S. goverment to create the perfect human. They took the DNA strains from the very best soldiers that they could find.
The creation started out as a test tube with a small orginism inside of it. It soon grown larger to a class tank where it was stored untill it was age eight of human years. After becoming fully developed into a human stage the subject was taken out of the tank. He was given clothing and food, the scientist's that worked with the A.H child sayed that it was like being next to a machine.
He was then placed in a special training program created for a A.H. This training was too risky for a average human to go threw without being mentally hurt. But the test subject was mentally untouched by the savage training. They had trained him to use weapons and he went threw advance learning program. This commenced from age eight too twenty six.
At age twenty seven he was ready to be tested in real life combat situations. He was sent on a top secret mission to infilitrate a Umbrella HQ in a foreign country which name is classified. Project vector was given a Umbrella pass card for up to level three. He was identified as a Umbrella Junior scientist. Umbrella had no info of Vector's real identy.
He had stole data on the T-Virus and experiments that umbrella had been in the process with, like the licker and other creations. A scientist tried socializing with Vector but he was just ignored. Once Vectors mission was complete he was assigned to destroy the top level of the umbrella base and seal them under ground in there own death bed. He rigged the top service elevator with c4 in the top shaft. He was then given Umbrella his leaving notice to head to another Umbrella base.
Umbrella officers signed him off and a helicopter came to pick him up. After the helicopter left the area and the scientist got to work in the bellow of the base, the c4 exploded ceiling the elevator shaft and killing everyone above ground. Project Vector was given more funds after that mission completion. The goverment was pleased of this that now they could create A.H. that can be a super soldier. After this mission he was placed in a military out post in South Korea untill further use.
Four years later the T-Virus outbreak in racoon city spreaded. The infection soon spread to washington D.C. The head of the project Vector where told to bring Vector back to the U.S. to combat the Virus threat. The data that the vector project stolen before was found out by Umbrella and a spy for umbrella stole the data back before they could record or make a copy of it. So they had no info on how to combat the virus threat.
When Vector returned to the U.S. he was sent on a mission to infilitrate a Umbrella labratory in Racoon City and find any samples of the T-Virus plus other data. They could not spare the extra men to head go on the mission due to the outbreak in washington D.C. Now Project Vector has to get that data before it is to late.
